Our story

Building new tomorrows since 1978.

For more than four decades, Transitions has walked alongside people with developmental disabilities and their families in St. Albert and area.

Who we are

We're a non-profit built on a simple belief: everyone deserves to lead their own life, form meaningful relationships, and take their full place in the community — with all the rights and responsibilities that come with it. Our support is person- and family-centred, and it spans a lifetime.

We build on each person's strengths, and we believe that an atmosphere of fun and creativity leads to better outcomes for everyone.
